StoneClan survives in the only shelter to be found in its open territory. At the very edge of the forest, a large, square hole is cut into the ground. The walls are supported by stacked, flat rocks, and the bottom is filled in with thick bushes that make for good dens. The cats believe that twolegs must have built the hole long ago, but they have never been seen near it.

A boulder nearly nine tail-lengths high, it sits in the middle of a field, alone, no trees and no other rocks around it. No cat knows how the boulder got there, but every cat has raced their friends to the top of its slippery slopes.

A sprawling network of old stone walls meets in a four-way intersection at the center of StoneClan territory. Stonewall is always thriving with life, full of small rodents to hunt, and insects that attract songbirds.

A cluster of five gnarled old oak trees stands at the top of a sloping hill. Apprentices come here to learn to climb, and to fight in the sheltered clearing between the great trunks.

A long stretch of towering grass with no trees and no stone walls, there is nowhere to hide in the Meadow. Though it is full of songbirds and plump rabbits, cats are warned not to hunt here. It is the domain of the hawks and any cat could be taken.

StoneClan
StoneClan lives a skittish life. In a territory made up almost entirely of meadows criss-crossed by old stone walls, there are few places to hide. StoneClan cats are accustomed to dashing for the cover of the stone walls, where most of their prey makes its home.
